Virtual fundraising
Want to fundraise for us in the comfort of your own home? We can help you! In 2020, we ran The Great CATTs Climb, where a group of 25 people climbed the equivalent of Kilimanjaro on their own stairs. Sounds exciting, doesn’t it? Let’s chat!
How We Spend our Money
£5–£10
This covers the cost of 200 of our informational coasters, giving every person who attends our events the lowdown on cancer and signs and symptoms to look out for. These are also sent out to cafes, colleges, nightclubs and venues alike!
£25
This can cover small awareness events like renting a stall at a market or a conference. This allows us to approach more young people and professionals to talk about the common signs and symptoms of cancer, and the work we do.
£50
This is the cost to train one of our dedicated volunteers to go out and raise awareness for us, meaning our messages can be spread far and wide to young people all across the UK.
£100+
This kind of donation could cover the cost of training programmes for a large group of volunteers, delivery of workshops to young people in community groups and schools, medical workshops for student nurses and doctors, production of video and digital content in the name of awareness, and help us recruit more university societies across the UK.
